Rules and Bylaws Rules CUINZ Rules are to ensure that the charitable nature of the objects of the institute is maintained. There are 31 rules in place covering a variety of topics concerned with membership criteria and obligations, fees, discipline, notices and meetings, voting and elections and the council’s powers and duties. Bylaws The CUINZ council enacts and issues bylaws. The current CUINZ bylaws specify and explain exactly how CUINZ members are admitted, criteria for honorary and life membership, minimum continuing professional development hours, subscriptions, council election procedures and guidelines for the sharing of information. The bylaws are deemed to be over and above the rules established by CUINZ. |
